Occupational Consultants qualified clinicians are experienced in completing worksite assessments and suitable duties programs. Worksite assessments are a valuable tool to assist in achieving return to work outcomes and reducing time loss costs.

During the worksite assessment the worker’s environment, physical and psychological demands of their pre-injury role are assessed. A determination is made with key stakeholders as to whether they may complete their pre-injury role or whether suitable duties may be required to build physical capacity.

This information is shared with the treating medical team to enable a structured and sustainable return to pre-injury duties. The worksite assessment incorporates liaison with treating doctors to confirm and approve capacity to work.
