William Maclean
William is a dedicated Social Worker with a strong foundation in case management and client advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Queensland and is currently completing a Master of Occupational Therapy (expected 2026), reflecting his commitment to expanding his expertise in holistic care.
William’s experience includes working at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, where he provided crisis intervention, grief and trauma support, and counselling across acute, sub-acute, and outpatient settings. He collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care and discharge plans, advocating for patients’ rights and access to essential services.
William is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and supports clients across Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and regional Queensland.
Outside of work, William enjoys spending weekends learning the game of golf and helping out on the family farm—a balance that reflects his love for both challenge and community.
